Step 1: If your phone is ‘on’, turn it off by pressing and holding the power key.
Step 2: While the phone is turned off, press power button along with lower volume key and hold them for couple of seconds.
Step 3: A900 will restart in ‘Factory Mode’ and you will have the following screen in front of you.
Step 4: Just press the lower volume key for selecting all the options. From the top, 6th one is ‘Clear eMMC’ where you have to reach. Select this option and press the power button. That’s it.
