1.if you fail to update with blackberry link software
2.f you fail to update with blackberry desktop software
3.if bb link says no update available
4.if sudden stop downloding update
5.if update drop on 50,60,80%
6.if blackberry link says check your internet connection
7.if problem after security data wipe

try this

simply downlod autoloder with resume and flash Z10 without reeor

before downlod open bb10 back cover check your phone model STL-100,STL-100-2 etc then downlod be careful check your model number carefully

note: after downlod compleat 1st goto task manager >process ..and end the process of blackberry link or desktop software if installed

NOW start updating

1.Turn off your BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha device.

2.Run the downloaded Autoloader file.

3.When prompt shows “Connecting to Bootrom”, connect your device to your computer and turn it on.

4.If you have a password set on your device, type your password when prompted.

5.do not touch or move the device when its flashing

6.After your device restarts, complete the set up wizard.
use simcard with internet data activate to complete satup wizard
