Step by Step Guide to install clockworkmod recovery on Micromax A90S
- Download the recovery in .img file from the link above.
- Copy the recovery.img file to the root of your sdcard(Don’t place it inside any folder).
- Install MobileUncle MTK Tools, a toolbox for mediatek devices, from the play store.
- The application is in Chinese, you might have some problem going through it. Still, find an option to “Update Recovery”.
- It will ask the location of the img file you want to flash. Point it to the file you pasted in your sdcard in step2.
- Your phone should reboot now.
- That’s it.
