1280 no power...
ACTIONS TAKEN:
Basics steps test the unit using analog multitester set to x10 and i found unit is grounded or shorted.
We try to remove big capacitors one by one until i got it BEBE:P
In my case i remove it and leave it with out replace that part and 100% working.
