U8651T Huawei Locked on Tmobile Solved by (NCK DONGLE)
Procedure:
Remove battery for 5 seconds and put it back
press "vol-" and power buttons.
Hold the buttons pressed until your phone completely hangs,(5 seconds or more)
connect your phone to computer and install driver and wait until driver installation complete
check in Device manager if drivers installed ok.
tick Unlock phone and follow the instruction given by (NCK DONGLE).....
