Please perform the following steps:
1. Connect your device to a PC running Blackberry Desktop Manager
2. Open Desktop Manager and after a few moments you will get a warning saying it could connect. At the bottom of this error select "Update"
3. Follow the prompts and the device firmware will be reloaded.
